Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
All items are handcrafted with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 5–7 business days through USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you offer flat‑rate shipping?
Yes — all U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $6.95, unless otherwise noted.
Do you ship internationally?
No, but we hope to expand in the future.
What are made‑to‑order items?
Some pieces are created after your purchase to support intentional, low‑waste production. These items may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our workshop.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Our boxes are intentionally curated, so items cannot be customized. This ensures every box maintains the integrity, message, and emotional impact it was designed to deliver.

Empowerment Boxes are final sale due to their curated nature.
